Creating an Account

After your first session, create an account to:

  • Save your progress
  • Unlock your full 4-week progressive plan
  • Sync data across devices
  • Track weekly heat and cold minute targets

Account creation is optional but recommended for tracking progress over time.

Managing Your Subscription

How to Cancel

Your subscription is managed through the App Store:

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone
  2. Tap your Apple ID at the top
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Find Hot Cold Coach
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription

You'll retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.

Restoring a Purchase

If you reinstall the app or switch devices:

  1. Open Hot Cold Coach
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Tap Restore Purchases
  4. Sign in with the same Apple ID

Deleting Your Account

To delete your account and all associated data:

  1. Open Hot Cold Coach
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Tap Delete Account
  4. Confirm the deletion

You can also request deletion at hotcoldcoach.com/delete-account.

What happens when you delete:

  • Your account enters a grace period (in case you change your mind)
  • After the grace period, all data is permanently deleted
  • Session history, progress, and preferences are removed
  • Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through the App Store

Data & Privacy

  • Minimal data collection — Session duration, protocol preferences, and optional feedback
  • No account required to use core features
  • Local storage — Data stored on your device when not logged in
  • Secure sync — Encrypted and synced when you have an account
  • No selling of data — We never sell your personal information
  • Anonymized analytics — Aggregate data only to improve the app
